Ventrilo Inactive User Guide
How to move users to an AFK - Away From Keyboard / Away channel automatically every x amount of minutes without any activity from the user(s).
Connect to your ventrilo server and right click on the server name.
Go down the menu list to server admin then go across to login to your ventrilo server by entering your administrator password. Repeat the first step by right clicking on the ventrilo server name and going down the menu to server admin go across and click on "server properties..."
A window will pop open called "Server Properties" in the window look for the box called "User Inactivity" in that box you can select the number of minutes the user can be Timeout.
Right under that you can select the action that should be taken after a certain amount of minutes in timeout from the dropdown menu select either "Disconnect" or "Move to channel".
Now select the channel that you would like the user to be moved to.
Click on the square box with the 3 dots ... and select the channel name then click OK!
Now you are done click on the send button to send the server the changes you have done.
